We offer two return options:

1. Self-Arranged Pick-Up – You can schedule a pick-up at our location during our designated pick-up hours. See Pick-Up Scheduling for details.

2. Return via Prepaid Shipping Label – You can upload your prepaid shipping label through the portal under “Upload Return Label.” Once received, we will handle the return shipping for a flat fee based on order size:

$100 for returns under two boxes or garment bags

$200 for returns with three to four boxes or garment bags

Please note: At this time, we are unable to process return shipments for orders exceeding four boxes or garment bags. For larger returns, pick-up is the only available option.
