We understand that things can change, and we strive to offer flexibility in our refund policy under specific conditions:

• Before approving the estimate: If you decide not to move forward before approving the estimate and making a payment, we’ll cancel your order with no charges applied.

• Within 24 hours of payment: If you need to make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours after payment, we can offer a refund, minus a 20% processing fee.

• After 24 hours of payment: Once more than 24 hours have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund as production may have already started.
