Payment is required before we begin production. Once you approve the estimate, it automatically converts into an invoice, which you can pay directly through the portal.

We accept payments via the secure link provided in the invoice. Orders will only move forward once both payment and products have been received.

If any additional fees apply (such as add-ons or adjustments), we will send an updated estimate for approval before proceeding. Any unpaid additional fees will place the order on hold until resolved.
