When shipping, please include a note inside the box with your order number and first and last name, or clearly mark the box with your company name (if it’s not on the shipping label). This will help us easily match your package with your order.

To ensure the best results for your shoot:

• Products should be in pristine condition and free from defects or damage.

• Include any specific instructions or preferences with your shipment to ensure we understand your exact needs.

• If assembly is required, please either provide clear instructions or assemble the product prior to shipping.

We understand that sometimes the products we shoot may not come in perfect condition. If any product is missing labels, please include extra loose labels in the box so we can place them on the products during the shoot. Please note, we don’t sew labels on but we will carefully place them as needed to shoot the product.
