Revisions Policies

We strive to deliver high-quality images that meet your expectations. If any adjustments are needed, our revision policy ensures a smooth and fair process for requesting edits within the allowed timeframe.
Revision Requests #
All revision requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date via private message in the portal. We encourage submitting revision requests as soon as the images are received, especially while the products are still with us.
If a revision request is made after the 7-day period, and the product has already been shipped back (if the client selected the return shipping option), any reshoot needed will incur additional shipping fees.
Revisions are considered complimentary (“On Us“) if the issue is due to an oversight on our part—such as a deviation from the original instructions or a technical issue that bypassed our quality control system. However, if the revision request arises from previously uncommunicated preferences or a change of direction, it will be considered a paid revision.
Revision Review Period #
Once a revision request is submitted, we will review it and determine whether it qualifies as a complimentary or paid revision within 2 business days.
Revision Delivery Timeframes #
Complimentary revisions will be delivered within 2 business days. For paid revisions, delivery times will match the originally selected delivery option unless otherwise specified at the time of the request.
Payment Terms for Paid Revisions #
Payment for paid revisions is due within 5 business days from the date of the revision invoice.
