Modifying or Canceling an Order

If you need to make changes to your order, here’s how it works:
Adding to an Order #
Before receiving or approving the estimate:
- You can message us through the portal, and we will update the estimate accordingly.
After the estimate has been approved:
- If you want to add an add-on, you can message us, and we will send a revised estimate.
If you need to add another service, you’ll need to place a new order through the portal. If the second order is placed within 24 hours of the first, let us know in the chat. While we can’t guarantee simultaneous processing and delivery, we will do our best to accommodate it.
Removing Items or Cancelling an Order #
Before receiving or approving the estimate:
- You can message us through the portal, and we will update the estimate accordingly or cancel the order.
After the estimate has been approved and payment has been received:
- If the request is made within 24 hours, we can process a partial or full refund (in the case of a full cancellation), minus a 20% fee.
- After 24 hours, we are unable to process any refunds.
